1^st Choice Savings and Credit Union was frustrated with the limited use, function and marketing power of the online calculators that had been purchased for their web property. Not only were the calculators confusing for members to use, they were poorly integrated with existing products and ineffective where lead management tools and strategies were concerned. These calculators also did nothing to extend 1^st Choice Savings' brand, and, because they weren't designed with members in mind, they didn't add the value that members had come to expect from their Credit Union.

Solution
Having already developed personas for 1^st Choice Savings, we returned to that resource to see what members were really looking for when it came to online calculators. That insight helped us develop a series of highly functional, stylish and easy to use calculators that gave members precisely what they were looking for. We also ensured that the search logic integrated with 1^st Choice Savings lead management system, using ample call-to-actions and smart lead collection tools.
