We had already designed 1st Choice Savings' web property to retain current members and attract new ones. That meant that plenty of traffic was being directed to their site and that people were turning there for information and tools. 1st Choice Savings needed a way to convert activity created by this captive and receptive audience into qualified. They enlisted our help to create a strategy for tracking these leads and turning them into new business for 1st Choice Savings.
Solution
We started with integrated "call-to-action" points in key areas of 1st Choice Savings web property. Then we were careful of requesting only pertinent information of the web-users, knowing that asking too much almost always turns them away. Once the information was collected, we directed new leads to designated representatives, whose role was immediate follow-up. We also designed and integrated an effective tracking system that allowed management to view leads and track progress.
